Magnesium glycinate for RLS. I’ve had Restless Leg Syndrome for decades, I also have Periodic Limb Movement Disorder. My RLS starts to go crazy as I start needing to sleep. I’ve been controlling it with behavior by getting to sleep before it really kicks in. Someone in my group mentioned this particular magnesium, saying it really helped their restless leg.
Within 3 days of taking 3 caps at night, I no longer had episodes of RLS during the day, even when I pushed it. Night time took longer but most days I do get relief from it still over 2 months later, at 3 caps a night.
My husband has lifelong insomnia, RLS and PLMD and his movements were greatly reduced as well.
