Vital Proteins Unflavored Collagen Peptides


Someone mentioned Vital Proteins collagen peptides to me as an alternative to bone broth when I wasn’t feeling well enough to make it.

I started it 10 months in to chronic urticaria and blister eczema taking over my body. Desperate for relief, I was also doing Maca Root powder to help with my subclinical hypothyroid diagnosis, and I recently started CBN.

I’ve had 4 days of relief as I write this but, in addition to it helping the things I mentioned above…
